I take platform projects from requirements to go-live - and leave every client capable of running things without me.
Two years of real delivery experience, a CS background, and the kind of communication skills that make non-technical clients feel safe.
I build the bridge between complex platforms and the people who need to use them. I sit at the intersection of technical systems and real human workflows - and I make both sides work.
For the past 2+ years at Amrita Online, I've owned projects that most companies would split across three different roles. Requirements gathering, platform configuration, training delivery, documentation, support content design — all of it, end to end.
My most memorable project: a 6-month online medical certification program for a fetal cardiologist. He came with ideas. I turned them into a fully running course with 51 enrolled specialists, a multi-platform setup, and documentation clear enough for anyone to take over.
I'm based in Bangalore and actively looking to take this experience international.
The platforms I know well, and what I've actually used them to build.
Built a 6-month Canvas LMS course from scratch for 51 medical specialists - no template, no prior playbook, solo. Every prerequisite, module, quiz, and workflow configured end to end.
Set up an entire Microsoft 365 infrastructure from zero - SharePoint site, Teams Premium, security groups, 55+ user accounts. Caught an undocumented Mac limitation before launch day.
Owned implementations alone that most companies split across 3 roles. Requirements → configuration → training → go-live → full client independence. Every time.
Scripted, recorded, and published a full LMS training course. Built FAQs that reduced repeat tickets. Wrote SOPs clear enough that any new hire could take over from day one.
Built a bulk question upload tool that cut faculty quiz-creation from 30+ minutes to 5. Deployed email automation without engineering support. Fixed broken processes without being asked.
Familiar with CS frameworks used in SaaS - onboarding playbooks, health scoring, QBRs, churn analysis, and time-to-value. HubSpot Service Hub Certified (June 2026). Familiar with CS frameworks used across SaaS implementations.
Full implementations - requirements through go-live. Not tasks, not contributions. Ownership.
Analysed existing FDP, identified gaps, led full revamp — now live and assigned to all incoming faculty. When participation dropped, ran structured feedback sessions instead of guessing. Then built the fix.
Formally assigned full-time exam support responsibility via Head of Department. End-to-end Mettl lifecycle — live escalations, vendor accountability, duty engineer training, and quarterly review reporting.
Prepared full support content suite for two permanently live, open-enrollment medical courses on LEAP — the first open-enrollment courses on the platform with no fixed end date.
Designed the complete LEAP student self-service support system from scratch — no ticketing system existed, students relied on slow email chains. Built structured self-service infrastructure across 2,000+ students.
Built a Power Automate birthday email workflow completely independently - via self-directed learning, no engineering support. Running daily for 8,000+ students since 2024, expanded every term.
The same four steps, every project.
Verified credentials and a professional reference — all publicly accessible.

I would recommend Ms. Raykar to any organisation that needs someone to take a complex technical project and deliver it properly. In my experience, that combination of technical ability, clear communication, and genuine ownership is not easy to find. When unexpected platform and operational challenges arose - as they inevitably do in any implementation - she handled them calmly. We always heard about solutions, not problems.
